1923 (March) Presentation Bugle to the 54th Infantry Garrison
Battalion on its formation.
An extremely fine silver plated decorative presentation bugle by Potter
of Aldershot. With original inscription “Presented to the 54th Infantry
Garrison Battalion on its formation at Droichead Nua, Co. Cill Dara
March 1923 by the NCO’s and men of the Droichead Nua Garrison”
Contained in its original fitted wooden case. A unique and desirable
item 11 x 3.50in. (27.94 x 8.89cm). Rare

1922-25: Poiliní Átha Cliath (Dublin Metropolitan Police) cap badges
A pair of scarce Poiliní Átha Cliath cap badges. Similar in design to
earlier D.M.P. badges, in the form of an elongated eight pointed star
surrounding the words ‘Poiliní Át Cliat’ and the three castles of Dublin.
The first a blackened die-stamped example and marked ‘sterling silver’
to reverse, the second die-stamped white metal. Also with a Poiliní
Átha Cliath button by J. Ireland. (3 items)

by Fitzmaurice, Von Hunefeld and Köhl
First East-West Transatlantic Flight dinner menu held in honour of
Baron von Huenefeld, Captain Köhl and Commandant James
FitzMaurice. Attractively decorated, 4pp, designed and printed by Olsen
