knucklebow and wood grip, lacking wire binding. The brass scabbard engraved ‘T. Read - 4 Parliament

A French 1831 model Artillery short sword by Talabotf, Paris, the leaf-shaped double edged blade

on cast brass hilt, numbered 1033, in brass mounted black leather scabbard with matching number;

together with a French Grenadier’s briquet, the slightly curved, flat blade on cast brass hilt with single

knocklebow, in brass mounted black leather scabbard. (2)
