A matching pair of pre-1881 left and right white metal Roscommon
Militia collar badges. Decorated with a Maid of Erin harp surrounded by a
spray of shamrock, both with two lugs on reverse. This militia later
became the 5th Battalion Connaught Rangers

An excellent white metal two part pre-1881 Queen’s Crown Kildare Rifles
officer’s cross belt plate. Complete with four screw posts to reverse and
backing plate. The Kildare Rifles would later become the 3rd Battalion
Royal Dublin Fusiliers.
