A fine hallmarked silver cigarette case engraved internally “Presented
to Comdt. R. G. Mew by the Officers N.C.O.’s and men of the 2nd Field
Company Engineers on his promotion to Commandant and Divisional
Engineer May 1941. Also with a related leather cased officer’s mess tin
and a Air Raid Wardens helmet. (3 items)

California on 26 July 1935. Also with a 1940 French pamphlet

versions of poster titled “Recruits Wanted” detailing the branches of
service, rates of pay, allowances and with a blank space for the details
of the nearest recruiting Barracks. Printed by Corrigan and Wilson,
Sackville Place, Dublin. Also with another Irish language Emergency
period recruiting poster detailing the local units recruiting men
